Po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00edm ope\u010dovan\u00fd a sp\u0159\u00e1telen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed se sebou. Kniha pom\u00e1h\u00e1 k uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed diverzity vnit\u0159n\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, jak kultivovat vztah k sob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161 Hochman, psycholog<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vnit\u0159n\u00ed kritik komplikuje \u017eivot ne-li ka\u017ed\u00e9mu, tedy aspo\u0148 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b z n\u00e1s. Dozv\u011bd\u011bt se, jak se s n\u00edm pot\u00fdk\u00e1 odborn\u00edk na psychoterapii, je nejen \u00falevn\u00e9, ale i inspiruj\u00edc\u00ed. \u201eMu\u017e, vysok\u00fd, racion\u00e1ln\u011b uva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed, citliv\u00fd, n\u00e1pomocn\u00fd,\u201c jak se Sl\u00e1vek Keprt ve sv\u00e9 knize charakterizuje, skloubil hutn\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 \u010dten\u00ed nejen s kazuistikou ze sv\u00e9 dlouholet\u00e9 praxe, ale i z praxe s\u00e1m se sebou. Kniha z\u00e1bavn\u00e1 i odborn\u00e1 je paradoxem jen pro toho, komu jsou paradoxy ciz\u00ed. Autorovi se da\u0159\u00ed prov\u00e1zet n\u00e1s t\u011bmi vybran\u00fdmi paradoxy (proto\u017ee \u017eivotn\u00edmi) s eleganc\u00ed, laskavost\u00ed i vtipem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jana Knitlov\u00e1, scen\u00e1ristka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jak se zbavit toho negativistick\u00e9ho, neust\u00e1le kritizuj\u00edc\u00edho vnit\u0159n\u00edho hlasu, kter\u00fd shazuje \u010dlov\u011bka samotn\u00e9ho a v\u0161echno, co dosud ud\u011blal? To je ot\u00e1zka, kter\u00e1 tr\u00e1p\u00ed spoustu lid\u00ed a n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed do terapie. Boleslav Keprt toto zkoum\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 knize nejen z pohledu oby\u010dejn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd je vnit\u0159n\u00edm kritikem su\u017eov\u00e1n ka\u017ed\u00fd den, ale tak\u00e9 z pozice psychoterapeuta, sociologa, lektora v\u0161\u00edmavosti (mindfulness) a pedagoga dialogick\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Autor tak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 dovednost divadeln\u00edho ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00ed rol\u00ed d\u00e1t jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a srozumiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tvar pro\u017eitk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dasto v\u00e1gn\u00ed a unikaj\u00ed nejen pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed samotn\u00e9mu. Kniha se zam\u011b\u0159uje nejen na to, jak se kritika zbavit, ale je\u0161t\u011b l\u00e9pe, jak ho pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch terapeutick\u00fdch a medita\u010dn\u00edch postup\u016f p\u0159em\u011bnit na spojence pro spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot. Silnou str\u00e1nkou t\u00e9to knihy je srozumiteln\u00e9 a barvit\u00e9 vykreslen\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch podob kritika i praktick\u00e9 postupy, jak na n\u011bj. Ty jsou nav\u00edc v textu graficky odli\u0161en\u00e9, tak\u017ee je snadn\u00e9, se k nim znovu a znovu vracet. Vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed str\u00e1nku knihy osv\u011b\u017euj\u00ed origin\u00e1ln\u00ed a nesm\u00edrn\u011b trefn\u00e9 ilustrace Jakuba Zicha. Z jazykov\u00e9ho hlediska kniha kol\u00eds\u00e1 mezi vysoce odborn\u00fdm jazykem fakt\u016f a b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm jazykem \u017eivotn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b velmi osobn\u00edch sd\u011blen\u00ed autora. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho pak doporu\u010duji ne\u010d\u00edst knihu od za\u010d\u00e1tku do konce, ale j\u00edt do odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch kapitol pro to, co te\u010f zrovna pot\u0159ebuji, a\u0165 jsou to fakta, nebo osobn\u00ed pro\u017eitky, nebo konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1vody. Pon\u011bkud mi v knize chyb\u00ed odli\u0161en\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch \u201ejakoby\u201c hlas\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou sice \u010dasto bolestivou, av\u0161ak p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 psychiky, od hlas\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou projevem du\u0161evn\u00edho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Knihu mohu s klidem doporu\u010dit jak lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed hledaj\u00ed faktick\u00e9 informace na toto t\u00e9ma, tak i t\u011bm, co se cht\u011bj\u00ed osvobodit od tyranie monologu vnit\u0159n\u00edho kritika a p\u0159ej\u00edt k r\u016fstov\u00e9mu dialogu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tom\u00e1\u0161 M\u00e1lek, psycholog, lektor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pro m\u011b je kniha p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pestrost\u00ed teoretick\u00fdch i praktick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f k pozn\u00e1n\u00ed a k hlubok\u00e9mu porozum\u011bn\u00ed fenom\u00e9nu vnit\u0159n\u00edho kritika. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed kritick\u00e9 my\u0161lenky najednou p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed b\u00fdt patologick\u00fdm symptomem, ale p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161ich vnit\u0159n\u00edch sv\u011bt\u016f! Z cel\u00e9 knihy je c\u00edtit klidn\u00fd a soucitn\u00fd postoj k lidem trp\u00edc\u00edm i k jejich vnit\u0159n\u00edm kritik\u016fm. N\u011bkter\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed m\u011b doslova hladila po du\u0161i, jin\u00e1 budila zv\u011bdavost a provokovala ke vzbou\u0159en\u00ed se v\u016f\u010di kritikov\u00fdm vztahov\u00fdm a komunika\u010dn\u00edm podp\u00e1sovk\u00e1m \u2013 i proti obvykl\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstup\u016fm, jak s vnit\u0159n\u00edm kritikem zach\u00e1zet. Moc m\u011b bavilo komunika\u010dn\u00ed aikido a v\u00fdchova kritika k lep\u0161\u00edm vyjad\u0159ovac\u00edm schopnostem.
